On Thursday, January 27, 2011 Sheriff's Deputies served a search warrant at 318 Main Delta Street, in Delta, Missouri. With the assistance of the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force a working shaking and bake Meth lab was located and seized. Sheriff's Deputies had previously arrested

Wednesday afternoon in reference to a Burglary. Brooks has been formally charged with a Class C Felony of Burglary and Class A Misdemeanor of Stealing under $500.00 value of property.

The Burglary occurred June 20, 2010 at 196 Stroder Lane near Whitewater, Missouri. Recovered items from the Burglary was a Safe and Briefcase. Formal charges are pending for Manufacturing Methamphetamine.

Brooks is in custody of the Cape Girardeau County Justice Center in lieu of a $25,000.00 cash or surety bond.

 The charge of an offense is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
