The efforts of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Deputies have led to multiple arrests.
In the last seven days, thirteen individuals with warrants were apprehended for the following charges:
Class E Felony - Unlawful Use of a Weapon
Class D Felony - Possession of a Controlled Substance
Class E Felony - Property Damage 1st
Class D Felony - Stealing 750.00 or More
Class A Misdemeanor - Stealing
Class A Misdemeanor - Stealing
Probation Violation - Class D Felony - Poss of a Cont Sub
Probation Violation - Violation Order of Protection
Probation Violation - Class A Misdem. - Assault 4th
Probation Violation - Class A Misdem. - DWR
Failure to Obey Judge Order - DWI Persistent
FTA - Class D Felony - Forgery
FTA - Class D Felony - Possession of Controlled Sub
FTA - Resisting/Interfering with Arrest
FTA - DWI
FTA - Operate without a Valid License
FTA - Traffic
FTA - Fail to drive rt Half of Roadway
FTA - Not Maintaining Financial Responsibility
If you have warrants for your arrest in Cape Girardeau County, there is a good chance you
will see deputies from our Fugitive Task Force soon. However, we encourage you to turn
yourself in to the Sheriff's Office. This is a significant step towards self-redemption and a fresh start.
