The Bailiffs and Court Security Division plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and efficiency of Cape Girardeau County's judicial system.

✔ Serving and distributing civil process paperwork
✔ Providing protection to judges, jurors, attorneys, and the public
✔ Assisting with the transport and supervision of detainees in court
